How to have a ultimate glow up for 2021 (Boys Edition)

1. Mental glow up tips.

- Always treat others kindly, the insides counts more than the outside.

- Practice being in control of your thoughts - meditation is key.

- Self Care bruh, take time out to take care of yourself.

- Practice not minding what people say; learn to focus on what's true and do what's right.


2. Hair.

- Take care of your hair - wash, condition, trim etc.

- Choose a haircut that brings out your best features.


3. Skin.

- Wash face 2x a day.

- Face mask 2-3x a week.

- Exfoliate 1-2x a week; removes dead skin.

- Change your pillowcases, if dirty it can contribute acne to skin.


4. Body.

- Exercise! Have a workout routine to tone your body.

- Take your showers!

- Shave + manscaping is important.

- Use deodorant, also try a new perfume or body spray - smell nice!

- If you want to grow, try stretching daily; it can help you grow some few inches.


5. Lips + Mouth.

- Exercise dental hygiene - have a good smile game!

- For smooth lips; always keep them hydrated and moisturized (Burt's Bee lip balm is the bomb!)

- Scrub your lips with sugar + oil or Vaseline.


6. Other important tips.

- Drink a lot of water.

- Eat healthy snacks ( Favorite fruits & veggies)

- Get a good amount of sleep this year.

- Find three hobbies that you love; one that makes you money, one to keep you in shape, & one to be creative with.
