Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso

• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1.5 tablespoons water
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 2-3 shots of espresso or 2-3 oz very strong coffee
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
• Oat milk (or even better, Nut pods cinnamon swirl oat creamer)
• Ice
1. Combine brown sugar, water and vanilla in a small sauce pot. Bring to a simmer over medium high heat and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside
2. Add syrup, ice, cinnamon, and espresso in a shaker and shake vigorously for about 1 minute until frothy
3. Pour the entire shaker into a glass, add more ice if needed, and top with oatmilk or Nutpods!
