debut album coming soon!

Hey guys I just came to tell you guys I have my debut album coming soon called 'you ruined everything good' on May 10th. ahhh! Including songs like, 'your power, favorite crime, and deja vu. I’m so stoked for the album. It’s just super versatile, which I’m really proud of. This is going to sound stupid, but I wanted to make it pop and acoustic. I actually think I sort of pulled it off, maybe. I think there’s a wide range of songs on that record, which I’m so excited about.

I’m so happy with the album, which I was not expecting. I was expecting me to listen to it and be like, “Uhhh,” like everything that I did wrong. I truly feel like it’s the best that I can do right now. I wrote one song when I was thirteen, and one song when I was fifteen, but most of them I wrote when I was sixteen. It’s very much like a slice of my life at that moment.

I wrote "you ruined everything good" about this period of time where I felt like everything that I had that was really awesome and good in my life went really sour. I was super insecure and going through this awful heartbreak and stuff like that.

This album is so special to me. It's the first kind of body of work that I've put out, and I wrote it during a time in my adolescence, where I was experiencing a lot of new feelings for the first time. Writing the album was the way that I processed all of those emotions. And so, on a personal level, it was an important thing for me to do and then to put it out and have people respond so positively to it was such a blessing. It's a huge part of my life, and I'm very grateful that I can talk about it today.
